Ensuring every fee tenants pay is legal and actually in their lease — as experts on the landlord-tenant handbook, we connect tenants directly with OTLA to help resolve issues such as pet fees exceeding allowed limits and storage locker fees not listed in leases

Advocacy for building improvements and maintenance

Pest control, window washing, laundry and trash room cleanliness — whatever it takes to provide for a healthy and well-maintained living environment

The Resident Listserv

Introduces residents to pet sitters and walkers, fitness trainers, furniture sales, building alerts, recommendations for dentists, doctors, new restaurants

Technology and Programming

Zoom meetings, technology training, tenants' rights webinars, annual WTA meetings, and guest speakers including county specialists from OTLA
